What is the minimum order for kids' party packs?
Our recommended minimum is 10 kids' party packs.
How far in advance should I place a birthday order?
Birthday orders must be placed at least 2 weeks before the birthday date. This gives us enough time to source items, prepare your design and complete the personalisation.
What is the minimum order for event favours?
Our recommended minimum for event favours is 25.
How do I confirm an order?
A 50% deposit confirms customised orders. The remaining balance is due before collection or delivery.
Can you match my theme and colours?
Yes. Send the theme, preferred colours, name, age or event wording with your enquiry. Final design details depend on the product and available materials.
Do you deliver?
Local delivery may be arranged depending on location and availability. Delivery is charged separately. Collection details are confirmed with each order.
Can I order only personalised water or chocolates?
Yes. Bottled water, thank-you chocolates and small candy favours can be quoted separately from the full event packages.
Do you use staples on children's packaging?
We avoid exposed staples, pins and sharp fasteners in children's packaging, and we keep original sealed food packaging intact.
