Quotes and availability

Prices shown on the website describe our standard packages. Availability of particular snacks, drinks, packaging and decorative materials can change. Any necessary substitutions or custom requests should be confirmed before production.

Order lead time

Birthday orders must be placed at least 2 weeks before the birthday date. Orders requested with less notice may not be accepted, depending on stock and production availability.

Deposits

A 50% deposit confirms a customised order. Production and customer-specific purchasing may begin after the deposit is received.

Balance and handover

The remaining balance is due before collection or delivery. Delivery, where available, is charged separately unless specifically included in the quote.

Personalisation

Customers are responsible for checking names, ages, dates and wording supplied for personalisation. Where a design preview is provided, please check it carefully before approval.

Changes and cancellations

Because customised goods may not be reusable for another customer, the amount refundable after work or customer-specific purchasing has started will depend on the stage of the order and costs already incurred.

Food products

Packaged food and drinks remain in their original sealed packaging. Customers should check ingredient and allergen information on the manufacturer's packaging and tell us about any specific requirements before ordering.

Images and themes

Theme requests may be interpreted using colours, shapes and original design elements. Availability of specific licensed characters, logos or brand artwork is not guaranteed.
